1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or introduce malicious software or harmful code.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VAULT BULLION AND COIN LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; you agree to provide accurate and complete information; and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Products and Services

All descriptions of products or services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service, limit quantities of any offerings, and refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Product images are representative. Coins and bullion may vary slightly in appearance from photographs.

5. Pricing and Market Movement

Prices shown on the Site track the precious metals market and change continuously. The price displayed when you complete checkout is the price at which your order is confirmed. A confirmed order is a binding purchase agreement at that price, for both you and us, unless the order is held for our review — a held order is not binding until we release it.

The price listed on every product is the card price. Paying by cash, bank wire, paper check, or ACH costs 4% less than the listed card price.

6. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, and to hold an order for review before charging your card.

7. Refunds and Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and cancellation of a confirmed order may incur market loss. Orders that arrive damaged, are not what you ordered, or do not arrive at all are always put right, at no cost to you. 8. Which Document Controls

Our Ordering and Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. Where these Terms conflict with any of those policies, the specific policy controls. In particular, the general rights we reserve in Sections 4 and 6 do not permit us to decline or cancel an order because the metals market has moved — see Section 4 of our Ordering and Payment Policy.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We describe every item as accurately as we can, and images are representative rather than exact. Beyond that, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis: we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

We sell precious metals. We are not an investment adviser, and nothing on this Site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals prices rise and fall, and we make no representation about the future value of anything you buy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

Nothing in this section limits the remedies in our Return and Refund Policy for an order that arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive at all — nor any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VAULT BULLION AND COIN LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to Terms
