Appointment Questions
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Never. Walk-ins are welcome Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. An appointment simply guarantees you a set time and our undivided attention.
When is an appointment worth booking?
When the visit needs time and privacy — a full estate, a large collection, high-end graded coins, or a significant purchase. Those conversations go better with a set time than at a busy counter.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days is usually plenty. For an estate that needs several hours, give us a week if you can so we can set aside the right block of time.
What should I bring with me?
The items exactly as they are — no cleaning, sorting, or research needed. Bring a photo ID; it is required for larger transactions. Any paperwork, receipts, or grading certificates you have will help.
How long does an appointment take?
A handful of coins takes fifteen minutes. A full estate can take a couple of hours. Tell us roughly what you are bringing and we will book the right amount of time.
Can you come to us?
For very large estates, sometimes yes. Call the shop and we will talk through what is involved.
Is there a fee?
No. Appointments, appraisals, and offers are free, and there is never an obligation to sell.
